The GC3 unit projects a virtual driving range onto the net, allowing you to hit directly into it while receiving real-time feedback on club head speed and ball speed. Sessions typically last 30-45 minutes, with the possibility of hitting anywhere from 10 to 60 balls depending on your needs.
